Like every body, it is my vision to do some useful effects to this society, since I am also one among them.  Every day human sufferings are in different sizes, shapes and angles. Also because of so many reasons, so many situations, we are facing these evil activities based on the local cultures.  God has given such an opportunity to live in this world, but some body around this world are taken away their own life (suicide) and some body may taken away others life(murders).  For somebody's enjoyment, someone is suffering.  For some few seconds, minutes, hours, days of temporary bliss, people are fallen in the trap of sickness, punishment and at last to death.  How can we get rid of these traps?  

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill me completely with joy and peace because I trust in him. Then I will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit as said Paul to Raman church people.  So, I want you to enjoy the joy and peace through the power of the Holy Spirit.  

"God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. James 1 : 12".  The above words clearly tells us that everybody is suffering and God wants everyone to get His crown of life by patiently endure testing and temptation of this world.    

No one is perfect in this world, but we should practice the Godly ways of life for us, our children and society.  Culture may differ from locality to locality, but the discipline comes from our own perceptions through Law.   You must have accurate and honest weights and measures, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you".   

He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves abundance with its income" (Ecclesiastes 5:10), as could be seen in the statement of Mr.Bill Gates.

The anxiety plays a major role in doing sin.     As said in Galatians 5 : 22-23 "But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.  There is no law against these things!      Hence, Self-control plays a major role to avoid Sin.  

As the word of God says in Titus 2:2  "Teach the older men to exercise self-control, to be worthy of respect, and to live wisely. They must have sound faith and be filled with love and patience".

"Marriage should be honored by all..." Hebrews 13:4    Who can find a virtuous and capable wife? She is more precious than rubies. She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness.  Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her.      Divorces are increasing day by day due to various reasons, but the God wants “Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.” 

As said in 1 John 1 : 9 but if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.  So, if we are ready to get away from our wickedness and cruelty, God will forgive those sins and cleanse us.  If He cleanse us, we are His children and getting ready to accept His crown of life.  Are you ready?..

I know that my Redeemer lives, and he will stand upon the earth at last.

Nowadays men and women are knowingly or unknowingly following some common worst health habits and I can identify some as below, and as per my point of view, these nasty habits should be avoided :

a) Most awful health habits on men in common:

    1) Stressing over work (Job stress)

    2) Avoiding the health check up with doctor or not self-checks

    3) Spree (too much) drinking

    4) Eating fast food and takeaways

    5) Not brushing the teeth  & poor bathroom hygiene  

    6) Having hot baths.....

b) Most awful health habits on women in common:

   1) Emotional eating

   2) Wearing hi-heels

   3) Holding heavy hand bags

   4) Sleeping in make up and not getting enough sleep

   5) Worrying and harboring regrets

   6) Obsessing over appearance....

People should be health concious, since precaution is better than cure.    God wants us to take extra care in maintaining our body and mind, since he says "you are the temple of God".

General tips: ->

Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but trusting the Lord means safety.

Don't be afraid or frustrated, since "The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom" (Deut 28:13-14).

A beautiful life does not just happen..It is by daily with prayers, truthness, sincerity, sactifice & love....
